That’s the goal, isn’t it? We never penalize you for growing your business. When you go over your plan limit, they’ll automatically upgrade your plan to the next level. Your account will continue gathering subscribers and sending emails the whole time.
Do I pay extra based on how many emails I send?
What a silly reason to charge you extra money. Did someone do that to you? We’re sorry. That’s not how email marketing should work.

If I don’t like ConvertKit, can I request a refund?
Yes, you can ask for a refund any time within the first 30-days after you sign up for an account.
CK team will cancel your account and send that refund along immediately – it takes 3-5 days to show up on your credit or debit card account.
Can you help me move from my old provider?
